Do you only work in Başakşehir?
No. We are based in Başakşehir, Istanbul and can work in all Istanbul districts and across Turkey. Location, project scope, travel and available dates are agreed for out-of-city projects.
What should I send to request a quote?
Send your project description, city and district, photos if available, and approximate device or connection count via WhatsApp. Scope and pricing are discussed based on materials, installation work and any need for an on-site assessment.
Can I view the cameras on my phone?
Mobile viewing can be set up for compatible camera and recording systems. The phone app, device compatibility, network settings and internet connection are assessed for your system.
Can license plate recognition be added to an existing barrier?
The barrier control board, wiring and compatibility with the selected license plate recognition system are checked. Camera position, viewing angle, lighting and cable routing are planned together.
Does a smart home require completely new wiring?
Not always. Existing switches, sockets, neutral wiring, motorized curtains or shutters and device compatibility are assessed. Some systems require internet access or an additional hub for remote control.
Can customers visit your premises?
We do not have a customer-facing shop. We work at the installation address and arrange consultations and appointments by phone or WhatsApp.
